Sonepat is the fast growing district of Haryana in terms of real estate. It is advantageously situated on the Delhi and Haryana border. It is one of the most competitive real estate markets of Delhi NCR and seems to be a great contender for Gurgaon in terms of infrastructure and facilities. With the prices of real estate soaring in NCR areas such as Gurgaon, NOIDA, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, Sonipat has presented itself as an ideal destination for real estate investment as the prices in Sonipat are more affordable in comparison to any other area in Delhi NCR. To provide connectivity to the nearby areas there are many roads and trains planned for the areas such as KMP Expressway, RRTS and metro rail connectivity to Sonipat along with increasing the number and frequency of traditional trains to and from Sonipat.

There are already numerous private real estate projects being developed in Sonipat such as TDI city, Ansal API Sushant city, Parsvnath city, Divine city, TDI Lake View city, Parker suites and Parker residency, Omaxe city, Eldeco County, Sonepat Global city, Express city, Indiabulls city and many more. The prices are affordable and the facilities are excellent in all these projects.

Considering all these facts Sonipat is going to give Gurgaon a solid competition in every field whether it is residential, commercial or industrial. What Gurgaon lacks is that it has limited land left for development whereas Sonipat has vast land reserves for all kinds of development.
