KGP Highway News-The CCEA has approval the development of KGP (KUNDLI-GHAZIABAD-PALVAL)

The CCEA (Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs) has approval the development of KGP (KUNDLI-GHAZIABAD-PALVAL) express way which is said to be scheduled for completion by July 30, 2018. With the announcement of the same, the Real Estate prospects future seems brighter. A 24.67 km stretch of 135-km long expressway will pass from Ghaziabad and it is believed that the construction of this stretch will also boosts economical activities and demand of residential properties in Ghaziabad in an efficient manner.

The total cost of the project estimated to be Rs.6284.20 crore which also covers charges of land resettlement, acquisition, rehabilitation and the other pre-construction activities. The central government has permitted firms, such as ASHOKA BUILDCON, SADBHAV Engineering Ltd, GAYTRI Projects Ltd, JAIPRAKSH Associates Ltd, and Oriental Structural Engineers, with the contracts for the Centre’s most ambitious project to decongest Delhi and develop the infrastructure of the road. The Latest project is simply a revival of the vision of NDA’s Vajpayee government a decade ago.

The construction period is of 30 months and the project is most likely to be completed within the July 2018 deadline is fixed by the Supreme Court. SO they need to set a deadline to complete the project by May 2018, says a senior NHAI official. The expressway would be made of concrete and will have way side ease like parking space, hotels, motels, toilet blocks and eateries among others, he added. Prime Minster NARNDRA MODI will lay the Base of foundation for the (KGP) east peripheral expressway. It is expected that the new project from the central government will advance real estate and industrial infrastructure in western Uttar Pradesh. The project will be making way for residential projects in near future in Delhi NCR.
